How to place your order.

We have made the ordering process as simple as possible.
Here are the basic procedures.

1. Enquiry: Request price list, and decide on your bath model, wood type and size. You are free to ask any questions or concerns you may have. This step can take several emails until you feel confident with the process.

2. Quote: A will be sent to you, based on your requests.

3. Accept: You will accept the price and terms.

4. Drawings: Drawings of your bath will be emailed to you in pdf. format.

5. Approval: The drawings will be approved. All details would need to be checked as once production starts, it would be impossible to change.

6. Confirmation: We will confirm your order and advise you of our bank details.

7. Payment: To be made in full.

8. Production and shipment: It takes approximately 30-45 days for production, including the arrangement of shipping. Necessary paperwork will be emailed as soon as the shipment is made.
